    • The different types of required responses that you can specify for each mail you send on Fulcrum+ are:

    1. None: Select this option when you don't require the recipients to complete any action such as reviewing or approving your mail. A mail automatically gets marks as completed when it is sent, if the response required is 'None'
    2. Accept: Select this option when the recipients need to accept the contents of your mail. When a mail is sent for acceptance, they can choose to 'Accept' it, 'Accept it with Comments,' or 'Decline' it
    3. Acknowledge: Select this option when the recipients need to 'Acknowledge' the mail sent to them. They can add comments while acknowledging the mail
    4. Approve: Select this option when the recipients need to approve the contents of your mail. When a mail is sent for approval, they can choose to 'Approve' it, 'Approve with Comments,' or 'Reject' it
    5. Request/RFI: Select this option when the recipients need to respond with a request for information the mail sent to them. They can add comments while completing their action
    6. Review: Select this option when the recipients need to 'Review' the mail sent to them. They can add comments while reviewing the mail

    • Depending on the type of response required you choose, the recipient gets a mail where they can perform the corresponding action
