How do I create a Distribution List?

  • Prerequisite: Ensure you have access to create a distribution list, or else contact your Administrator to enable this for you.

    • Click the Profile icon and select Distribution List

     

    • From the tab highlighted in the screenshot, select the type of Distribution List you’d like to create and click Create.

    Public - Everyone in your workspace will be able to see the created Distribution List.

    Personal -  Only the person who created the list will be able to see them.

    • Assign a name & Save to create the distribution list. Filling the Short code field is optional for the user. 

     

     

    • Once the Distribution List is created, you can now add users into it by clicking on the people icon. Select all the necessary users and click on Save.
