- You can capture and monitor entries to a site with the help of the site entry form.
- Select "Site Entry" from the left navigation menu under "Site Forms." Click on "+New."
- This opens up the site entry form where you can log the date of access, the name, the project, their temperature, level of risk and other fields necessary.
- Click on the save button to save the site entry.
