- You can access the safety feedback from under "Safety" on the left navigation menu.
- Clicking on the safety feedback option opens a page where you can view the previous feedback that was logged.
- Click on the "Lodge" button to lodge a new safety feedback form.
- In the dialog that opens, you can fill in the date of the feedback, its category, the description and the cumulative feedback as well as the number of site safety improvement engagements triggered by the feedback.
