- You can access the subcon assessment from under "Safety" on the left navigation menu.
- Clicking on the subcon assessment option opens a page where you can view the previous assessments that were logged.
- Click on the "Lodge" button to lodge a new subcon assessment form.
- In the dialog that opens, you can fill in the date of the assessment, the name of the sub-contractor, the name of the checklist used for assessment, and the average score given.
