- When an inspection is lodged and the lodgement details are filled in, sub-contractors, main-contractors and site staff can sign the form to indicate that they've verified the inspection and progress the inspection to the next workflow state.
- Sub-contractors, main-contractors or site staff get notified when there is an action pending from them on an inspection
- They can then view the inspection, and if the lodgement details and inspection can be cleared, they can sign their approval.
- This can be done with the help of the "Sign as me" button available in the respective sections of the form.
