    • You can upload documents to folders within libraries on Fulcrum+. The list of libraries can be accessed from the left navigation menu under 'Libraries'
    • Click on the library you wish to access from the left navigation menu, For example: Document Library or Drawings
    • You can create a new folder by clicking on the 'New Folder' button, assigning a name to it and clicking the 'Save' button.
    • You can now upload files to the new folder, or you can select one of the existing folders and choose to upload files to it.
    • Once you are within a folder, click on the 'Upload' button.

    • This opens up a dialog where you can select files to be uploaded from your local machine or drag and drop them to the top of the dialog.
    • If the library has document codification turned on, you will see options to fill in the specified metadata and assign a document code to each of the files that you upload

    • Click on 'Save' after assigning the metadata to each of the files
    • Then click on the 'Check In' button to check in the files

Note: All .ifc and .dwg files need to be translated successfully before they can be transmitted in a correspondence.
