Project Progress Photo Library
Anyone in the project team can upload photos to the Photo Library on Fulcrum – it is as simple as dragging and dropping to the library. These photos will be visible to the whole project team on the homepage photo slideshow showing recent project developments.
To upload photos to the library:
1) Click on File Storage in the left navigation menu and click on Photo Library. Drag the photos onto the library to upload them.
2) You have three views available to you - Thumbnails, All Photos, and Slides. In the thumbnails view, you can view thumbnails of the photos you upload to this library as seen in the screenshot above.
3) The All Photos view displays the list of photos.
4) In the Slides view you can present your photos.
Project Progress Photo Slideshow
To provide visibility of your Project’s progress, you can view a slideshow of the latest photos uploaded by the whole project team. Photos uploaded to the Photo Library will be displayed here.
You can view up to 20 latest photos that show recent developments of the project across the entire project team.
